You will receive your access for the online seminar or the online seminar package

• if you have paid via Paypal or
• after receipt of payment on our bank account with the invoice number.

As soon as the money has been credited to our account, we will activate your access to our online seminar page (https://onlineseminare.chi-horsing.com) and the delivery is completed.

Postage for shipping within Germany:  registered mail  3,90 Euro

Due to often lost shipments or shipments that were reported as delivered but still did not arrive, we now only offer shipping within Germany with “Registered mail”.

Postage to other EU countries:

• Parcel insured with receipt                14,00 Euro

Postage to Switzerland:

For shipping abroad:

As of 01.07.2019, the postal regulations have changed. Therefore, goods can be sent abroad only as a small package and as a parcel. If you wish to ship abroad, please specify whether as a small package or parcel.
